Welcome to the home page of the East Texas Chapter of the American Guild of Organists! The purpose of the American Guild of Organists is to promote the organ in its historic and evolving roles, to encourage excellence in the performance of organ and choral music, and to provide a forum for mutual support, inspiration, education, and certification of Guild members.
Our chapter is comprised of individuals who are full time church musicians, part time church musicians and those who simply have a love for the organ and church music. We enjoy monthly meetings wherein we participate in workshops, recitals, and social gatherings in formal and informal settings.
Should you desire to become a member of the guild or simply desire more information, please don't hesitate to contact Bill Bane, Chapter Dean for more information.
